This artwork centres Shaalu — curiosity, softness, and a future interrupted. The rooftops represent small freedoms: conversations above the city, dreams formed away from surveillance and judgement.
Rooted in Masaan’s politics of caste, loss, and everyday hope, the piece refuses melodrama. It holds space for a life that could have unfolded differently.
Available in Polaroid and Postcard formats.
