If your order hasn’t reached you
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10–12 days of placing it, please email us at theo@mixedartpasta.com.
- Write to us and we’ll try to resolve the delay within 2–3 working days
- If the issue can’t be resolved, we’ll issue a refund
If your order arrives damaged (rare, but possible)
If your print reaches you torn, broken, or damaged, please send us a mail with clear photos of the issue.
- Once we take a look, we’ll process your refund within 2 days
About cancellations
- Once an order is placed, it can’t be cancelled. In an urgent scenario, we can try to hold on the order or change the shipping address. For an urgent change, please reach out to us within 1 day of placing the order at theo@mixedartpasta.com.
